Lutheran Social Services: Lutheran Social Services (LSS) offers a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Our Neighbors’ Place: Our Neighbors’ Place will provide shelter and support services to families and individuals of Pierce and St. Croix Counties to help people in need move toward independence and self sufficiency.  Today our Outreach Program offers individuals assistance with their basic needs, safety, access to information and knowledgeable people to help in decreasing personal stress when dealing with homelessness.

Free Clinic of Pierce and St. Croix Counties: Since 2007, the Free Clinic of Pierce and St. Croix Counties has been providing free primary health care to low-income, uninsured residents of Pierce and St. Croix Counties in western Wisconsin. Hours: Each Tuesday – doors open at 4:15 p.m.
